Vista Advanced Psychological Therapy accepts referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, lawyers, allied health professionals and other treating providers.

Vista provides structured, evidence-informed psychological therapy for adults and older adolescents who need clear treatment direction, formulation-driven care and clinician-matched support.

PTSD, complex PTSD and trauma-related difficulties

depression, low mood, stress and burnout

anxiety, panic, phobias and avoidance

grief, adjustment and life transitions

emotional regulation difficulties

dissociation, shame and relationship patterns

functional neurological symptoms, persistent pain and stress-related somatic symptoms

Neurodivergence-related emotional regulation, Anxiety, burnout, self-understanding or adjustment concerns

workplace injury, DVA, WorkCover, motor vehicle accident or psychological distress

selected performance-related concerns, especially where stress, trauma, anxiety, avoidance or pressure are affecting functioning

Immediate risk requiring urgent intervention

Active suicidal intent requiring emergency care

Acute psychiatric instability

Inpatient-level presentations

Crisis response or emergency support

Stand-alone addiction treatment

Forensic, custody or medico-legal assessment requests outside our therapy scope
